Carl Hancocks is the Director of C2 Capabilities and has been involved in security, law enforcement and intelligence operations over the past 30 years. Having started out in the military, Carl progressed to law enforcement and finally into corporate and private business. During this time, he has acquired extensive experience and knowledge, making him a risk management and intelligence professional with a wide array of skills.
